A quick and cozy dessert made with soft tortillas, apple pie filling, and a crispy cinnamon-sugar coating. Ready in minutes and perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz) apple pie filling
- 12 medium soft flour tortillas
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of apple pie filling onto each tortilla, then roll tightly.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle or roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or caramel drizzle.
Notes
- Don’t overfill the tortillas to avoid splitting.
- Let them cool slightly before serving for best texture.
- Reheat in the oven for crispness the next day.
