Description

A quick and cozy dessert made with soft tortillas, apple pie filling, and a crispy cinnamon-sugar coating. Ready in minutes and perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) apple pie filling
  • 12 medium soft flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of apple pie filling onto each tortilla, then roll tightly.
  4. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle or roll in cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or caramel drizzle.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill the tortillas to avoid splitting.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving for best texture.
  • Reheat in the oven for crispness the next day.
