Description

Crispy, golden egg rolls filled with smooth vanilla cheesecake and sweet cherry filling, all made quickly in the air fryer. A simple, delicious dessert you can whip up anytime.


Ingredients

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling (or fresh cherries, chopped)

Wrapper

  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray or melted butter, for brushing


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy. Fold in cherry pie filling gently.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper with a corner pointing toward you. Add 2–3 tablespoons of filling near the lower third.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in both sides. Roll tightly and seal the edge with a small amount of water.
  4. Spray each egg roll lightly with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
  5. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping once, until crisp and golden.
  7. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

  • Soften cream cheese fully for a smooth filling.
  • Avoid overfilling to prevent leaks.
  • For extra sweetness, dust with powdered sugar after cooking.
  • Swap cherries for blueberries, strawberries, or apple pie filling.
