Description

A creamy, slightly spicy holiday dip made with cream cheese, roasted red peppers, jalapeños, and white cheddar. Serve chilled or warm for a festive appetizer everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅓ cup tamed jalapeños, drained and chopped
  • ⅓ cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Fold in jalapeños, roasted red peppers, and shredded cheddar.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving, or bake at 350°F for 20 minutes if serving warm.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions if desired. Serve with chips or crackers.

Notes

  • Use tamed jalapeños for milder heat, or hot ones for extra spice.
