Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup tamed jalapeños, drained and chopped
- ⅓ cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Fold in jalapeños, roasted red peppers, and shredded cheddar.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving, or bake at 350°F for 20 minutes if serving warm.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions if desired. Serve with chips or crackers.
