Description

This Sweet & Spicy Pickle Slaw is the perfect balance of crunchy, tangy, and spicy flavors. It’s a quick, refreshing side that pairs well with many dishes.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • ½ cup dill pickles, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage and grate the carrots. Chop the pickles and slice the onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and vinegar.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, pickles, and onion.
  4. Add the dressing to the veggies and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
