Ingredients
Cheesecake Filling

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Strawberry Layer

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Shortcake Crumb
- 1 1/2 cups crushed shortbread cookies or graham crackers
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

- Roll crepes tightly into logs and chill 30 minutes.
