Description

A creamy homemade Shamrock Shake made with vanilla ice cream, mint extract, and milk for a smooth, refreshing St. Patrick’s Day milkshake.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ¼ teaspoon mint extract
  • 10 drops green food coloring
  • Whipped cream, for serving
  • Sprinkles, for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries, for topping


Instructions

  1. Add vanilla ice cream, whole milk, mint extract, and green food coloring to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds.
  3. Taste and adjust mint flavor or color if desired.
  4. Pour into serving glasses.
  5. Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry before serving.
