Description

A simple baked pancake breakfast made with sausage and cheddar cheese, ideal for feeding a crowd or prepping ahead for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups pancake mix
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, browned
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Butter, for greasing and serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Generously butter a rimmed sheet pan.
  2. Prepare pancake batter according to package directions.
  3. Pour batter evenly into the sheet pan.
  4. Sprinkle browned sausage over the batter, then add shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Drizzle syrup lightly over the top.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until set in the center and lightly golden.
  7. Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm with butter.

Notes
