Ingredients
For the Salmon Patties
- 2 cans (6 oz each) salmon, drained and flaked
(or 12 oz cooked fresh salmon) - ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, for frying
For the Creamy Lemon-Garlic Sauce
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ teaspoon honey (optional)
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, parsley, seasonings, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix gently until combined.
- Shape the mixture into evenly sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Serve warm salmon patties with creamy lemon-garlic sauce on the side or drizzled over the top.

- Avoid overmixing to keep patties tender.
