Ingredients
- 1 cup puffed quinoa
- 1½ cups dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother texture)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil (if using) in a heat-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then fold in the puffed quinoa until evenly coated.
- Spoon small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, or until fully set.
Notes
- Allow melted chocolate to cool briefly before adding quinoa to maintain crisp texture.
- Use high-quality dark chocolate for best flavor.
- Sprinkle a pinch of flaky salt on top before chilling for contrast.
