Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup puffed quinoa
  • 1½ cups dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother texture)


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil (if using) in a heat-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then fold in the puffed quinoa until evenly coated.
  4. Spoon small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, or until fully set.

Notes

  • Allow melted chocolate to cool briefly before adding quinoa to maintain crisp texture.
