Ingredients
- 12 frozen pork dumplings
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bok choy, carrots, etc.)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger; sauté 1–2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth; bring to a gentle boil.
- Add mixed vegetables; simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add frozen dumplings; cook 6–8 minutes until floating and tender.
- Serve warm and garnish with green onions.
