Description

This Pineapple Heaven Cheesecake combines the rich creaminess of classic cheesecake with the bright, refreshing taste of pineapple. It’s an easy yet elegant dessert that’s sure to impress family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, well-drained
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Pineapple slices or chunks (for topping)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, eggs one at a time, and vanilla.
  3. Fold in crushed pineapple and sour cream.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50–60 minutes, until set but slightly jiggly.
  5. Cool gradually, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Top with pineapple slices and whipped cream before serving.

Notes

  • Use well-drained pineapple to prevent excess liquid in the filling.
  • Bake with a water bath to avoid cracks.
  • For a no-bake version, use gelatin to set the filling.
  • Let it chill overnight—the flavor improves as it rests.
  • Slice with a warm knife for neat, clean cuts.
