Instructions
- Peel bananas and slice into ½-inch rounds.
- Combine sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer and sprinkle with the sugar-spice mixture.
