Description

These easy No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies are a simple, delicious treat made with just a few pantry staples. Rich in peanut butter and oats, they come together quickly without the need for baking. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth in minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (113g) salted butter
  • 1 3/4 cups (350g) granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup (32g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup (160g) creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups (275g) quick oats (don’t use old-fashioned oats)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the granulated sugar and stir to combine.
  3. Stir in the cocoa powder, then add the milk. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Mix in the quick oats until fully coated.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and let them cool for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Notes

Use quick oats for best texture.

Add chocolate chips, nuts, or shredded coconut for extra flavor.

If the mixture is too runny, add more oats to thicken.
