Description
A quick and flavorful appetizer made with kielbasa sausage, mustard, honey, and smoked paprika—crispy, caramelized, and perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Slice kielbasa into ½-inch rounds. Make 3–4 shallow cuts across each piece (Hasselback style).
- In a small bowl, mix mustard, honey, and smoked paprika.
- Place kielbasa on the baking sheet and brush generously with glaze.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until edges are crisp and glaze is caramelized.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use spicy mustard for an extra kick.
- For even crispier bites, broil for the last 2 minutes.
- Try air frying at 375°F for 8–10 minutes as an alternative cooking method.
