Description

A quick and flavorful appetizer made with kielbasa sausage, mustard, honey, and smoked paprika—crispy, caramelized, and perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Slice kielbasa into ½-inch rounds. Make 3–4 shallow cuts across each piece (Hasselback style).
  3. In a small bowl, mix mustard, honey, and smoked paprika.
  4. Place kielbasa on the baking sheet and brush generously with glaze.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until edges are crisp and glaze is caramelized.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use spicy mustard for an extra kick.
  • For even crispier bites, broil for the last 2 minutes.
  • Try air frying at 375°F for 8–10 minutes as an alternative cooking method.
