Description

Mini quiche with ham and cheese brings comforting brunch flavors into perfectly portioned bites. A flaky crust, creamy egg filling, and savory cheddar make Mini Quiche ideal for gatherings, meal prep, or relaxed weekends at home.

Ingredients

  • 7 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups chopped cooked ham
  • 1 ¼ cups shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts, store-bought (14 oz total)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a standard muffin tin.
  2. Unroll the pie crusts and cut circles large enough to line each muffin cup. Press gently into the pan.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Stir in ham, cheddar cheese, green onions, and parsley until evenly combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared crusts, filling each about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 22–26 minutes, or until centers are set and tops are lightly golden.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the crusts to prevent spilling during baking
  • Substitute bacon, sausage, or vegetables for the ham if desired
  • Allow quiches to cool slightly for easier removal from the pan
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or paprika to the egg mixture
