Ingredients

- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 25 mini phyllo cups or shells
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Whisk condensed milk and lemon juice until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Spoon filling evenly into each phyllo shell.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until set but still glossy.
