Description

Crispy, cheesy, and flavorful mini potato rounds baked with Parmesan, garlic, and pepper. Perfect as a side dish, appetizer, or snack for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3540 Classic Baby Creamers® potatoes, sliced ¼–½ inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice potatoes into ¼–½ inch rounds and pat dry.
  3. Toss slices with vegetable oil, garlic salt, pepper, and Parmesan until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange potato rounds in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden, crispy, and melted on top.
  6. Remove from oven and serve warm.
