Description

This Marshmallow Swirl Fudge is rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to make. With chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and fluffy marshmallow swirls, it’s the perfect no-bake dessert for holidays.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff (or marshmallow cream)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until smooth and fully melted.
  2. Add vanilla and salt:
Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt until fully blended.
  3. Pour into pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Spread the chocolate mixture evenly into the pan.
  4. Add the marshmallow swirl:
Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff on top. Use a knife to gently swirl it through the chocolate.
  5. Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut and serve:
Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper. Slice into squares and enjoy.

Notes

  • Don’t rush the melting process — low heat prevents grainy fudge.
  • A few gentle swirls create the prettiest design.
  • For cleaner cuts, warm the knife under hot water, then dry and slice.
  • Add nuts, crushed cookies, or flavored extracts for fun variations.
  • Store in layers with parchment to prevent sticking.
