- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.

- In the same skillet, sear pork chops over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove and rest.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly add milk while whisking continuously. Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
- Return pork chops to skillet, pour sauce over top, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with crumbled bacon before serving.
Notes
- Let pork chops rest before slicing to keep them juicy.
- Whisk constantly when adding milk to prevent lumps in the sauce.
- Add a splash of milk while reheating if the sauce thickens too much.
