Description

Warm, crispy, peanut-buttery, and filled with sugar-free chocolate, these Keto Reese’s Pinwheels are an easy low-carb dessert that comes together in minutes. Air-fried to golden perfection, they’re the perfect treat for satisfying sweet cravings without the guilt.

Ingredients

For the Pinwheels

  • 1 low-carb tortilla
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (e.g., Lily’s or ChocZero)
  • Granulated keto sweetener (Truvia, allulose), to taste + extra for sprinkling
  • Melted butter, for brushing
  • Keto-friendly chocolate sauce, for drizzling

Optional Add-Ins

  • Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • Cinnamon or pumpkin spice
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Keto caramel sauce
  • Hemp or chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Lay the low-carb tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Spread softened cream cheese evenly across the tortilla.
  3. Add a generous layer of peanut butter on top.
  4. Sprinkle sugar-free chocolate chips and your preferred sweetener.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  6. Brush the outside with melted butter and sprinkle extra sweetener if desired.
  7. Slice into 6 even pinwheels using a sharp knife.
  8. Arrange the pinwheels in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  9. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  10. Let cool slightly, drizzle with keto chocolate sauce, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Soften cream cheese beforehand for easier spreading.
  • Roll tightly to keep the filling from leaking during air frying.
  • Add a sprinkle of cinnamon for a dessert-pastry flavor.
  • If using very thin tortillas, freeze them for 5 minutes before rolling to prevent tearing.
  • For extra crunch, add chopped nuts inside the roll before slicing.
