Ingredients
For the Pinwheels
- 1 low-carb tortilla
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips (e.g., Lily’s or ChocZero)
- Granulated keto sweetener (Truvia, allulose), to taste + extra for sprinkling
- Melted butter, for brushing
- Keto-friendly chocolate sauce, for drizzling

- Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
- Cinnamon or pumpkin spice
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Keto caramel sauce
- Hemp or chia seeds
Instructions
- Lay the low-carb tortilla on a flat surface.
- Spread softened cream cheese evenly across the tortilla.
- Add a generous layer of peanut butter on top.
- Sprinkle sugar-free chocolate chips and your preferred sweetener.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Brush the outside with melted butter and sprinkle extra sweetener if desired.
- Slice into 6 even pinwheels using a sharp knife.
- Arrange the pinwheels in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, until golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly, drizzle with keto chocolate sauce, and serve warm.
