Description
Cheesy, low carb garlic breadsticks made with almond flour and mozzarella, baked until golden and brushed with butter.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Add almond flour, garlic powder, and egg; mix into a dough.
- Transfer dough to baking sheet and flatten into a rectangle.
- Score into breadstick shapes with a knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Slice and serve warm.

- Let melted cheese cool slightly before mixing to avoid sticky dough.
