Description

Cheesy, low carb garlic breadsticks made with almond flour and mozzarella, baked until golden and brushed with butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, garlic powder, and egg; mix into a dough.
  4. Transfer dough to baking sheet and flatten into a rectangle.
  5. Score into breadstick shapes with a knife or pizza cutter.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
