Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup stoneground mustard
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 12 pounds salmon, cut into portions


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Pat salmon dry and place skin-side down.
  3. Whisk together honey, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and spices.
  4. Spread glaze evenly over salmon.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon reaches 145°F and flakes easily.
  6. Broil briefly for caramelization if desired.
  7. Rest before serving.
