Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup stoneground mustard
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1–2 pounds salmon, cut into portions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheet.
- Pat salmon dry and place skin-side down.
- Whisk together honey, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and spices.
- Spread glaze evenly over salmon.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon reaches 145°F and flakes easily.
- Broil briefly for caramelization if desired.
- Rest before serving.
