Ingredients

For the Ground Turkey

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (or preferred cooking oil)
  • 23 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 12 tbsp sriracha
  • 23 tbsp chicken broth
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp sea salt (to taste)
  • 2 tsp cornstarch

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • ½1 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey

Optional Toppings

  • Cooked rice
  • Shredded carrots
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Shelled edamame
  • Pickled onions
  • Avocado slices
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Whisk all Bang Bang Sauce ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger briefly.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in spices, soy sauce, sriracha, broth, honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water, add to skillet, and simmer until thickened.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice, turkey, toppings, and drizzle with sauce.

Notes
