Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 68 oz goat cheese
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 sprigs thyme

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pastry

  2. Add Goat Cheese
Spoon a small amount of goat cheese into the center of each pastry piece.
  3. Drizzle with Honey
Add a light drizzle of honey over each bite.
  4. Add Thyme
Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top for flavor and aroma.
  5. Bake
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden and puffed.
  6. Serve
Serve warm with an optional extra drizzle of honey.
