Ingredients
- 1 package puff pastry
- 6–8 oz goat cheese
- ¼ cup honey
- 4 sprigs thyme
Instructions
- Prepare the Pastry
Thaw puff pastry and cut into small squares. Place on a lined baking sheet or into a mini muffin tin. - Add Goat Cheese
Spoon a small amount of goat cheese into the center of each pastry piece. - Drizzle with Honey
Add a light drizzle of honey over each bite. - Add Thyme
Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top for flavor and aroma. - Bake
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden and puffed. - Serve
Serve warm with an optional extra drizzle of honey.
Notes
- Use a soft goat cheese for the best melt and creamy texture.
- Add a tiny spoonful of jam (fig, apricot, or raspberry) for sweetness.
- Top with chopped pistachios or walnuts for crunch.
