Ingredients
- 1 lb cod fillets, cut into strips

Instructions
- Pat cod dry and season lightly.
- Dredge in flour, dip in egg, and coat in seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Fry cod strips 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (145°F internal temperature).
- Drain on paper towels.
- Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Serve warm with lemon sauce.
