Description

Savory cheeseburger-inspired rollups made with seasoned ground beef, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and golden pizza dough finished with garlic butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 portion refrigerated pizza dough
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  5. Spread seasoned beef evenly over dough, leaving a small border.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef.
  7. Roll dough tightly into a log and slice into 1½-inch pieces.
  8. Arrange rollups cut-side up on baking sheet.
  9. Melt butter and stir in minced garlic; brush over rollups.
  10. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving.
