- ⅓ cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, at room temperature)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)
Optional Add-ins
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips and any optional add-ins.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined tray or into mini silicone molds.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until solid.
- Transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen.
