Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, at room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)

Optional Add-ins

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips and any optional add-ins.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined tray or into mini silicone molds.
  4. Freeze for 2–3 hours until solid.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen.
