Ingredients
- 12½ oz strawberries (about 3/4 lb), hulled
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream (cold, at least 30% fat)
- Extra strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Wash, hull, and blend strawberries into a smooth puree.
- Add sugar and blend until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip cold cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold strawberry puree into whipped cream.
- Spoon into serving glasses.
- Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
- Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
