Description

A light, creamy, and refreshing strawberry mousse made with fresh berries and whipped cream, perfect for an easy no-bake dessert.


Ingredients

  • 12½ oz strawberries (about 3/4 lb), hulled
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream (cold, at least 30% fat)
  • Extra strawberries for topping


Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and blend strawberries into a smooth puree.
  2. Add sugar and blend until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip cold cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold strawberry puree into whipped cream.
  5. Spoon into serving glasses.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
