Description
Celebrate the season with creamy eggnog fudge, made with marshmallow crème, white chocolate, and spiced eggnog.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup eggnog
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 12 oz white baker’s chocolate (not chips)
- 2 cups marshmallow crème
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp nutmeg, divided
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
- In a saucepan, combine eggnog and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 4–5 minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir in white chocolate until melted.
- Add marshmallow crème, vanilla, and ½ tsp nutmeg. Stir until smooth.
- Pour into pan, sprinkle remaining nutmeg.
- Cool, then refrigerate 3+ hours until set. Cut into squares.
Notes
- Use full-fat eggnog for the best texture.
- Chill overnight for firmer squares.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
