Description

Celebrate the season with creamy eggnog fudge, made with marshmallow crème, white chocolate, and spiced eggnog.


Ingredients

  • ¾ cup eggnog
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 12 oz white baker’s chocolate (not chips)
  • 2 cups marshmallow crème
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp nutmeg, divided


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
  2. In a saucepan, combine eggnog and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 4–5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in white chocolate until melted.
  4. Add marshmallow crème, vanilla, and ½ tsp nutmeg. Stir until smooth.
  5. Pour into pan, sprinkle remaining nutmeg.
  6. Cool, then refrigerate 3+ hours until set. Cut into squares.

Notes

  • Use full-fat eggnog for the best texture.
  • Chill overnight for firmer squares.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
