Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- ½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 (1 ounce) packet dry au jus mix
- ¾ cup water

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, and dry onion soup mix. Mix gently until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 8 oval patties.
- Lightly coat each patty with flour.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown patties on both sides, about 3–4 minutes per side. Transfer patties to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, au jus mix, and water until smooth.
- Pour sauce mixture over patties in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours, or until patties are cooked through and tender.
- Serve with the rich gravy spooned on top.
