A creamy, fluffy no-bake dessert made with peaches, whipped topping, marshmallows, and cream cheese for a sweet and refreshing treat.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
- 3 ounces peach-flavored gelatin
- 30.5 ounces canned sliced peaches, drained and diced
(or 5–6 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced) - 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined and fluffy.
- Stir in peach-flavored gelatin powder until evenly mixed.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and light.
- Add diced peaches, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans.
- Stir gently until ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Stir lightly before serving and transfer to a serving bowl.
Notes
- Drain canned peaches well to keep the fluff thick and creamy.
- Chill longer for a firmer texture and better flavor.
- Add shredded coconut or extra pecans for more texture.
