Description

A creamy, fluffy no-bake dessert made with peaches, whipped topping, marshmallows, and cream cheese for a sweet and refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 ounces peach-flavored gelatin
  • 30.5 ounces canned sliced peaches, drained and diced
    (or 56 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced)
  • 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Stir in peach-flavored gelatin powder until evenly mixed.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and light.
  5. Add diced peaches, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans.
  6. Stir gently until ingredients are evenly distributed.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  8. Stir lightly before serving and transfer to a serving bowl.

Notes

  • Drain canned peaches well to keep the fluff thick and creamy.
  • Chill longer for a firmer texture and better flavor.
