Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning (or homemade)
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 46 large flour tortillas

  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • Jalapeños (optional, sliced)
  • Sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and taco seasoning; cook until softened and fragrant.
  3. Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
  4. Spread nacho cheese sauce onto each tortilla.
  5. Add seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and jalapeños if using.
  6. Roll into a wrap, folding sides inward first.
  7. (Optional) Toast in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side for a crispy finish.
  8. Serve warm with sour cream or salsa.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill—this makes wrapping easier.
  • Store leftover beef mixture separately from tortillas to keep wraps fresh.
