- 4–6 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, diced
- ½ cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- Jalapeños (optional, sliced)

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add onion, garlic, and taco seasoning; cook until softened and fragrant.
- Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
