Description

A creamy baked casserole with pulled pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles, inspired by Cuban sandwich flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups prepared pulled pork (unsauced)
  • 8 ounces sliced ham, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles
  • Extra pickles for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Spread pulled pork evenly in the dish, then add chopped ham.
  3. Layer sliced pickles over the meat.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, whipping cream, and mustard until smooth.
  5. Pour sauce over the mixture and top with Swiss cheese.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool slightly, garnish with extra pickles, and serve.
