Ingredients
- 4 cups prepared pulled pork (unsauced)
- 8 ounces sliced ham, chopped
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1 cup sliced dill pickles
- Extra pickles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Spread pulled pork evenly in the dish, then add chopped ham.
- Layer sliced pickles over the meat.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, whipping cream, and mustard until smooth.
- Pour sauce over the mixture and top with Swiss cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with extra pickles, and serve.
Notes
- Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
- Adjust pickle amount to control tanginess.
