Description

Oven-fried feta rolls wrapped in flaky phyllo and drizzled with sweet chili honey. Crispy, creamy, and perfect for appetizers or holiday entertaining.


Ingredients

Rolls:

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
  • 6 sheets phyllo pastry, halved lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or olive oil

Chili Honey:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix feta, ricotta, and thyme until combined.
  3. Layer two phyllo half-sheets, brushing each with butter or oil.
  4. Place 2 tablespoons filling near one edge.
  5. Fold sides inward and roll tightly into a log.
  6. Place seam-side down on baking sheet and brush tops.
  7. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.
  8. Warm honey with chili flakes and drizzle over rolls before serving.
