Ingredients
Rolls:
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- 6 sheets phyllo pastry, halved lengthwise
- 1/4 cup melted butter or olive oil
Chili Honey:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
- Mix feta, ricotta, and thyme until combined.
- Layer two phyllo half-sheets, brushing each with butter or oil.
- Place 2 tablespoons filling near one edge.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly into a log.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet and brush tops.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Warm honey with chili flakes and drizzle over rolls before serving.
