Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana
- 2 cups pineapple juice or orange juice
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Add ice to the blender.
- Add frozen pineapple chunks and banana.
- Pour in pineapple juice or orange juice.
- Add vanilla yogurt and honey.
- Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust consistency by adding more juice if needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
