Description
These creamy jalapeño popper crescent rolls are filled with a spicy cheese mixture, then baked until golden and buttery—perfect as a party appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cabot Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 oz) can diced jalapeños, drained
- ½ tsp salt
- 16 oz crescent roll dough (two 8-oz cans)
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Pepper Jack, jalapeños, and salt until smooth.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place 1 tbsp of filling at the wide end of each triangle, then roll into crescent shapes.
- Mix melted butter and garlic powder, then brush over the rolls.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add crumbled cooked bacon to the filling.
- Use fresh jalapeños if you prefer more heat.
- Best served warm, straight from the oven.
