Ingredients
- 2 large wheat flour tortillas
- 226 grams softened cream cheese
- 30 grams powdered sugar
- 5 millilitres vanilla extract
- 150 grams fresh fruit mix (strawberries, blueberries, diced kiwifruit)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Wash and prepare fruit: slice strawberries, dice kiwifruit, and leave blueberries whole.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread cream cheese mixture evenly, leaving about 1 cm along the edges.
- Arrange fruit evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and slice into 1.5–2 cm thick pieces.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes for a firmer texture.

- Ensure fruit is dry to avoid soggy tortillas.
- Softened cream cheese spreads more easily for a smoother filling.
- Garnish with extra fruit or a light dusting of powdered sugar for presentation.
