Description

Soft tortillas layered with sweetened cream cheese and fresh fruit create a colorful, easy-to-make snack or light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 large wheat flour tortillas
  • 226 grams softened cream cheese
  • 30 grams powdered sugar
  • 5 millilitres vanilla extract
  • 150 grams fresh fruit mix (strawberries, blueberries, diced kiwifruit)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Wash and prepare fruit: slice strawberries, dice kiwifruit, and leave blueberries whole.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and spread cream cheese mixture evenly, leaving about 1 cm along the edges.
  4. Arrange fruit evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and slice into 1.5–2 cm thick pieces.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes for a firmer texture.

Notes

  • Ensure fruit is dry to avoid soggy tortillas.
  • Softened cream cheese spreads more easily for a smoother filling.
  • Garnish with extra fruit or a light dusting of powdered sugar for presentation.
