Description

A creamy, hearty chicken noodle soup loaded with bacon, ranch flavor, and melted cheese for the ultimate comfort meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed chicken soup
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken stock
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1 (1 oz) ranch dressing mix packet
  • 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz thin spaghetti or angel hair (uncooked)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken stock and condensed soup; stir until smooth.
  2. Add celery and carrots; simmer 5–7 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Stir in cooked chicken and ranch seasoning.
  4. Add broken pasta and cook until tender.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese until melted.
  6. Add milk and cheddar cheese; stir until smooth and creamy.
  7. Mix in crumbled bacon and simmer briefly.
  8. Adjust seasoning and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add extra broth when reheating if soup thickens.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • Substitute pasta with egg noodles if preferred.
