A creamy, cheesy lasagna with shredded chicken, bacon, and garlic cream sauce that’s perfect for family dinners or meal prep.
Ingredients
Main Components:
- 710 ml cooked, shredded chicken
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 240 ml ranch dressing
- 9 cooked lasagna noodles
- 340 g cooked, crumbled bacon
- 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 115 g shredded cheddar cheese
Sauce:
- 360 ml whole milk
- 14 g unsalted butter
- 8 g all-purpose flour
- 5 g garlic powder
Garnish (optional):
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half the shredded mozzarella and cheddar.
- For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour and garlic powder, then gradually add milk until thickened.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles, half the chicken mixture, and half the bacon in the baking dish. Repeat layers, top with remaining cheeses, and pour over sauce.
- Cover with foil, bake 25 minutes, remove foil, and bake 10–15 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool 5–10 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.
