Description

A creamy, cheesy lasagna with shredded chicken, bacon, and garlic cream sauce that’s perfect for family dinners or meal prep.


Ingredients

Main Components:

  • 710 ml cooked, shredded chicken
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 240 ml ranch dressing
  • 9 cooked lasagna noodles
  • 340 g cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 200 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 115 g shredded cheddar cheese

Sauce:

  • 360 ml whole milk
  • 14 g unsalted butter
  • 8 g all-purpose flour
  • 5 g garlic powder

Garnish (optional):

  • Fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half the shredded mozzarella and cheddar.
  3. For the sauce, melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour and garlic powder, then gradually add milk until thickened.
  4. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, half the chicken mixture, and half the bacon in the baking dish. Repeat layers, top with remaining cheeses, and pour over sauce.
  5. Cover with foil, bake 25 minutes, remove foil, and bake 10–15 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool 5–10 minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.
