Description

Cinnamon Apple Grape Salad is a naturally sweet and crunchy fruit salad made with apples, grapes, and toasted nuts, all tossed in a warm cinnamon-honey dressing. Quick to prepare and perfect for any season.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium apples, diced
  • 2 cups red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Dice apples and halve grapes; place in a large bowl.
  2. Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, then chop and add to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk honey, cinnamon, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour dressing over fruit and nuts, toss gently to coat, and serve.

Notes

  • Use lemon juice immediately after cutting apples to reduce browning.
  • Toasted nuts enhance flavor and crunch—don’t skip this step.
  • Chill before serving for a refreshing texture and flavor.
