Description

Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread
- 8 tbsp Cajeta (Mexican caramel sauce)
- 2 large eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Remove crusts and flatten bread slices.
- Spread Cajeta on each slice and roll tightly.
- Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a separate bowl.
- Dip rolls into egg mixture.
- Cook in buttered skillet until golden on all sides.
- Roll in cinnamon sugar while warm.
- Serve immediately with extra caramel if desired.
