Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, cold
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 34 tablespoons sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixer, cream together butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add flour gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. If using, add sprinkles and mix briefly.
  5. Press dough evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Chill for 1 hour to firm up.
  7. Lift out dough using parchment paper and cut into bite-sized squares.
  8. Place on a baking sheet, 1 inch apart, and bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges just start to brown.
