Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cold
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 3–4 tablespoons sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixer, cream together butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Add flour gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- If using, add sprinkles and mix briefly.
- Press dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- Chill for 1 hour to firm up.
- Lift out dough using parchment paper and cut into bite-sized squares.
- Place on a baking sheet, 1 inch apart, and bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges just start to brown.
