Description

Chocolate Pudding Pizza is a layered dessert made with a peanut butter cookie crust, smooth chocolate pudding, and fluffy whipped topping, finished with mini chocolate chips for a fun, sliceable treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (17½ oz) peanut butter cookie mix
  • 1 carton (12 oz) spreadable cream cheese, softened
  • 1¾ cups cold whole milk
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • ¼ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Prepare the peanut butter cookie dough according to package directions. Press evenly into a round pizza pan.
  2. Bake as directed, then allow the crust to cool completely.
  3. Whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened; set aside.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold in half of the whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  6. Spoon and smooth the chocolate pudding layer on top.
  7. Finish with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.

Notes
