Chocolate Pudding Pizza is a layered dessert made with a peanut butter cookie crust, smooth chocolate pudding, and fluffy whipped topping, finished with mini chocolate chips for a fun, sliceable treat.
Ingredients
- 1 package (17½ oz) peanut butter cookie mix
- 1 carton (12 oz) spreadable cream cheese, softened
- 1¾ cups cold whole milk
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- ¼ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the peanut butter cookie dough according to package directions. Press evenly into a round pizza pan.
- Bake as directed, then allow the crust to cool completely.
- Whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened; set aside.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Spoon and smooth the chocolate pudding layer on top.
- Finish with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Let the crust cool fully before adding toppings to prevent melting.
- Chill longer for cleaner slices.
