Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 23 tsp peanut butter (or nut/seed butter)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • Dash of sea salt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add oats to a mason jar or airtight container.
  2. Pour in milk of choice.
  3. Add peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and sea salt.
  4. Stir well until fully combined.
  5. Mix in chia seeds if using.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Stir before serving.
  8. Add toppings like banana slices, chocolate chips, or extra peanut butter if desired.
