Description

A creamy, light dessert featuring chocolate pudding, Cool Whip, marshmallows, and a hint of crunch from chocolate chips and almonds.


Ingredients

  • 1 – 3.9 ounce box instant chocolate fudge pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 – 8 ounce container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 ½ cups miniature marshmallows
  • ¾ cup miniature chocolate chips + extra for garnish
  • ¾ cup diced almonds + extra for garnish
  • Marshmallow bits for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Whisk together the instant chocolate fudge pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth, then set aside for about 2 minutes to thicken.
  2. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the miniature marshmallows, chocolate chips, and diced almonds, stirring until evenly combined.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled.
  5. Before serving, garnish with extra chocolate chips, almonds, or marshmallow bits, if desired.

Notes

  • For a fun twist, try adding crushed cookies or peanut butter chips.
