Description

A sweet, crunchy no-bake treat made with Chex cereal, cherry gelatin, cheesecake pudding mix, and dried cherries for the perfect fruity dessert snack.


Ingredients

  • 9 cups Chex cereal (rice or corn)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup cherry gelatin mix (like Jell-O)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (3.5 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1 cup dried cherries, chopped


Instructions

  1. Add Chex cereal to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour melted mixture over the cereal and gently fold to coat.
  4. Sprinkle cherry gelatin mix over the warm cereal and toss to combine.
  5. Add powdered sugar and cheesecake pudding mix to a large zip-top bag. Add the cereal and shake until fully coated.
  6. Transfer to a parchment-lined sheet to dry for 10–15 minutes.
  7. Stir in chopped dried cherries and store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • For brighter color, add extra cherry gelatin.
  • Freeze for up to 2 months and thaw at room temperature.
