Description
A comforting baked casserole with seasoned ground beef, creamy sauce, melted cheese, and crispy french fries on top.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (24 oz) frozen french fries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain fat.
- Add garlic, ketchup, mustard, and relish; mix well.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup until combined.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Arrange frozen fries over the casserole.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until fries are golden and crisp.
- Cool slightly before serving.

- Use lean ground beef to reduce excess grease.
- Add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
