Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs until lightly beaten.
- Add condensed milk, coconut milk, whole milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, whisking gently until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
