Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups shredded chicken
- ⅓ cup buffalo sauce (plus more for drizzle)
- ¼ cup blue cheese dressing, divided (or ranch)
- 1 lb. pizza dough, room temp
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup banana pepper rings, patted dry
Garlic Butter Parmesan Crust:
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Garnish:
- Chives or green onions
- Red pepper flakes
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F.
- Roll out dough, brush crust with garlic butter mix.
- Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Spread pizza sauce, drizzle half of the dressing.
- Add cheese, chicken, onions, and banana peppers.
- Bake 12–15 mins until golden and bubbly.
- Drizzle remaining dressing, garnish, slice, and serve.
