Spicy, cheesy, and packed with bold flavor — this Buffalo Chicken Pizza is your go-to for pizza night, made with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, and a buttery garlic-Parmesan crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups shredded chicken
  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce (plus more for drizzle)
  • ¼ cup blue cheese dressing, divided (or ranch)
  • 1 lb. pizza dough, room temp
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup red onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup banana pepper rings, patted dry

Garlic Butter Parmesan Crust:

  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Garnish:

  • Chives or green onions
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  2. Roll out dough, brush crust with garlic butter mix.
  3. Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  4. Spread pizza sauce, drizzle half of the dressing.
  5. Add cheese, chicken, onions, and banana peppers.
  6. Bake 12–15 mins until golden and bubbly.
  7. Drizzle remaining dressing, garnish, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • For milder heat, mix buffalo sauce with a little melted butter.
  • Ranch works perfectly if blue cheese isn’t your thing.
