A bubbly, cheesy pizza-style casserole made with fluffy biscuit dough, rich pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni. A simple, comforting dinner that comes together in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 ½ cups pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 30–40 slices pepperoni
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped

- Bell peppers
- Cooked sausage
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit into four pieces.
- Toss biscuit pieces with olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Stir in the pizza sauce until all pieces are coated.
- Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
- Add optional toppings if desired.
- Bake 25–30 minutes, until biscuits puff up and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with parsley or basil before serving.
Notes
- Ensure biscuits are evenly coated in sauce to avoid dry spots.
- Add extra cheese for a richer, gooier casserole.
- For crispier pepperoni, place some underneath and some on top of the cheese.
- Let the casserole rest 5 minutes before cutting to help it set.
